On Saturday many Microsoft 365 user faced some trouble issue like using the services of Outlook people reported that the issue is with logging in an assessing there emails from the outlook services.
With all that issue Microsoft responses in their official X handle by saying that “we are looking into problem and we have identified the potential cause of impact and we have reverted the suspected code” and when the afternoon passes Microsoft company reported that they have fixed the affected services and this services are started back to work again.
According to a Downdetector “it is a website which tracks The downtime of online services or issues”, thousands of people reported about the problem of their facing in Outlook around 4:00 p.m. ET with all these many users are complaint on social media about not being able to use Outlook and some of the use of also said that they are facing the Microsoft authenticator App which shows error message due to the outage.
Why Microsoft 365 services are down
Outlook was not only the product which is facing the issue some also Microsoft other products are facing issue and this was officially confirmed by Microsoft that Microsoft 365 services was also affected and some user also reported that Xbox services are also detecting some problem downtimedetector said that Xbox services problem started reported from 3:30 p.m. ET which reaches 37000 by 4:00 PM.
And this is not only the first time that Microsoft 365 has gone down many users have face the similar issue in the recent week of 2023 and 2024, Microsoft has faced the Global outage and which took hours to fix on, November 26 outlooks and teams were down for more than 24 hours.
In recent times some tech problems are arises like few days ago Slack also faces some down time which affects the businesses.
Microsoft has not given any official statement or official confirmation about what is the actual reason that users are facing their services issue they are still watching their system to make your everything is working fine and in recent times many users can now access there Microsoft 365 services
